In a transformative collaboration, NorthMac Services partnered with Carolina Tan & Wellness, an innovative wellness center based in Statesville, NC. The wellness center, which evolved into a comprehensive wellness spa in 2023, offers a diverse range of services, from UV and spray tanning to teeth whitening, red light therapy, massage services, infrared sauna, salt therapy, and more.
NorthMac’s design incorporates elements of convenience and functionality, allowing clients to learn about available services, book appointments, explore membership options, and even purchase vitamins and other wellness supplements. Site visitors can also meet the Carolina Tan & Wellness team and read testimonials from satisfied clients. Emily and her team have been amazing to work with and deserve everything they’ve worked so hard to achieve.

We aimed to make their groundbreaking product, de-Googled Pixel phones, the centerpiece of the website.
Through a clean, user-friendly design, we highlighted the product’s standout features, such as open-source technology and the privacy-focused GrapheneOS. We also included clear call-to-action buttons, a detailed product explanation section, and an intuitive contact form to improve customer interaction. The website effectively reflects Altha Phone’s drive towards Personal Digital Sovereignty, with the flexibility to expand as their product and service offerings grow.

The site offers immediate access to problem-solving resources, including sections on handling common issues like scheduling conflicts, inconsistent messaging, and high rates of same-day cancellations and no-shows.
