What happens if I cancel?
The subscription is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime from your customer dashboard. Service continues through the end of your current billing cycle, then the managed website service ends.
Can I export the site or move it to another host?
Cancellation does not include a site export or transfer to another host. NorthMac sites are built and operated as part of the managed subscription.
